During the design process, our skilled sculptors hand carve the log set from ceramic Fiber. The set is next passed to the finish department, where a vibrant color scheme is chosen. The result is a log set that surpasses anything that could be constructed from actual logs, rich in the best features, form and color, selected from hundreds of natural wood logs, combined into a single, highly saleable combination. 

Log Sets 

Our ceramic log sets are divided into two categories: Multi-log sets which allow each log to be individually positioned, or One-Piece log sets which are either produced  or assembled as a single set prior to shipping. Within these two main categories, SCI can design your log set using a variety of different wood textures, colors and configurations to fashion the look you want.

All log sets can now take advantage of the new SuperGlo technology.

Implants

Our ceramic log sets can be customized using various hardware implants that allow for easy and consistent assembly of a log set. These implants are incorporated in the logs when they are being mass produced, thus becoming an integral part of the log. Common implants include Pegs and Sleeves for easy and accurate positioning, Metal Rods for thin section reinforcement, and Metal Plates to secure logs to the burner assembly.
