And what happened next? I didn’t accept that offer for vacation from my boss. I knew I needed something else. But what that else might be, I wasn’t 100% sure…I went back home. I still remember the feeling I had immediately after obtaining my PhD degree. It was a mixture of relief, accomplishment and somehow emptiness. And one question kept popping in to my mind. What now?
