A few of the many panel styles
SCI Decorative Firebrick Panels
SCI decorative panels are used primarily to decorate interiors of metal
fireboxes and pellet stoves. The panels provide a realistic brick/stone
and mortar appearance. New patterns, colors and types are constantly being
introduced.
The panels can be produced in up to 33" x 66" size. They can
even be machined for application in specific designs, such as the back
wall of a fireplace island, cutouts/notches for plumbing areas and special
shapes. Sophisticated sanding and milling machines assure a professional
appearance, fit and uniform thickness, as well as consistent angles and
edges. Back sanding is also available.
Panel designs can have a simple or contemporary style. Mortar widths can be
adjusted, from narrow and modern, to wide and traditional. They can be ordered
in several standard colors and shading, or with a special color scheme that is
unique only to your company. This will make the product more distinct to your
customers and is especially helpful if you sell in both a one and two-step
distribution system, where you can designate different colors for your
customers.
Firebrick Custom Colors
When you have decided on a pattern that will suit your firebox needs, you can
choose from our many standard color schemes, or you may decide that you need a
unique color solution. We are happy to work with you to achieve the perfect
match between your panels and logset.
Firebrick Specialty Packs
When your firebrick panels are ready to ship, you can choose either standard
packaging or the ComfortPak - a modern, molded foam packaging system used to
ship and protect. This foam pack wraps around the panels and protects during
shipping. It can be designed so customers can place the ComfortPak inside the
firebox, ready for shipment.
